NCJJ updates age boundaries of delinquency.

The Juvenile Justice GPS has updated the comparative statute data on Age Boundaries of Delinquency. The topic contrasts upper age of delinquency jurisdiction (sometimes called the age of criminal responsibility in the context of criminal court jurisdiction); the lower age of delinquency jurisdiction; and the concept of extended age of jurisdiction (or how long the juvenile justice system can retain jurisdiction subsequent to a adjudication).
