Transfer trends to criminal court updated for Connecticut.

Connecticut transfer trends have been updated.  Transfer as they are reported in the state by the public defender may not include all youth transferred to criminal court and have been increasing since the state raised the upper age of  delinquency jurisdiction from age 15 to age 17.  The trend of increases may be flattening and is down slightly in the most current year time frame.  Check out Connecticut jurisdictional boundaries and transfer trends on the GPS.
