Transfer to criminal court topics updated through the 2014 legislative sessions

New data have been posted for 2013 and 2014 on the JJGPS topics of transfer to criminal court laws and a supporting topic that enables comparing state transfer policies by age and offense category criteria. A 2015 update is expected shortly after the last state legislative sessions end. In the meantime information about change in 2015 is available by submitting feedback through the JJGPS website.
